CHALLENGES

The challenges facing the Foundation are the following:

1)

To further develop our core competencies of project innovation, project management, social marketing and training and market these to our clients.

2)

To develop our relationships with existing and new funders in terms of identifying their needs and finding ways of assisting them and expanding our relationships with them.

3)

To determine new needs of poor individuals, families and communities and find ways of meeting these in a sustainable manner through working closely with associate organisations, funders and business.

4)

To increase our funding base so as to enlarge our activities.

5)

To expand our number of trustees with committed new candidates.

6)

To benchmark our activities against international best practice.

7)

To develop and maintain a Web Page which allows us to fundraise and develop new friends.

8)

To become a learning and knowledge creating organisation.

9)

To develop entrepreneurial opportunities, training and support for women and youth through creating services that provide information, training (action learning), advice, support and mentorship.
