THE FUTURE

The Foundation has succeeded in identifying crucial intervention areas in development and developing capacity to address these needs.  This should be the recipe for the future.

The areas that the Foundation will be giving much attention to in the next five years are the following:

- Replicating the HIV/AIDS Action Programme.
- Developing Orphans and Vulnerable Children's Programmes.
- Developing HIV/AIDS training in accredited courses.
- Determining new needs of poor and disadvantaged individuals.
- Developing best practice in paediatric ART support programmes.
- Developing Aids awareness and behaviour change programmes.
- Developing basic adult education and literacy programmes.
- Developing HIV/AIDS and TB competence in districts to combat HIV/AIDS.
- Developing ecotourism and tourism programmes for disadvantaged people.
- Benchmarking of our activities against international best practise.
- Building multi-national capacity in fried raising and fundraising.
- Developing/Sourcing accredited training or creating alliances with accredited training institutions to provide quality training.
- Developing a larger funder base for training development and implementation.
- Maximise returns on investments and resources.
- Developing staff into multi-disciplinary team and staff empowerment.
