Small Projects Foundation has its head office in East London, Eastern Cape province; and 6 satellite offices and 1 mobile office. The Foundation operates in most regions of the Eastern Cape Province and also nationally.

The Foundation is structured so as to maintain direct project control by the Foundation, funders and beneficiaries. Through networked communication, financial and training systems, and a knowledge-creating methodology, we bring the collective resources of the Foundation, its beneficiaries and its partners to each specific project.

Small Projects Foundation brings the specific core competencies of project innovation, project management, social marketing and training skills to each specific request.

Small Projects Foundation aims to develop systemic innovative and sustainable solutions with individuals, family, communities and stakeholders that improve the quality of life of poor people in Africa.
