GOVERNANCE

The Foundation has 9 Trustees at present, which head the Organisation. The Managing Director is delegated the responsibility to manage all the activities of the Trust under the oversight of quarterly Board and Trustee meetings. Management of the investment of funds is guided by National Finance Brokers.
